Matrix I Ready To Fly

A very special thank you to ralph and his team at FlyHighUSA . I ordered a matrix I and after lengthy in-depth discussion on how to set up my matrix for my needs Ralph has put together a machine  that far exceeded my expectations. I live in Australia and although we do have people here that build all sorts of drones and quadcopters  non come even close to the enthusiasm and willingness to help you get what you want . In my 3 years of flying and dealing with people in Australia that build UAVs  I have found that FlyHigh USAs professionalism knowledge and the eagerness to help you is second to non. My only regret is not finding  FlyHighUSA earlier it would have saved me a lot of money , heartache and disappointments , although I must say shipping to Australia is not cheap I personally think it’s worth every penne knowing that not only do I get what I want I get a reliable extremely well build  machine that is ready to fly in any condition . I will not deal with anyone else anymore. FlyHighUSA all the way . thank you ralph for the best quad I have owned so far and I love the parachute system the peace of mind is absolutely priceless.

About six months ago I started looking into getting an Aerial Photography Drone, I found a ton of people out there who claimed to be dealers, professionals, drone builders etc… I talked to companies like B & H photo, Built Drones, and many others, then I came across a fairly new company out of Kentucky located in South Central United States. I spoke with the owner of FlyHighUSA (Ralph) and I was just amazed at how helpful and nice he was. I had many questions that I needed answered like which drone would best fulfill my needs, what were all my options, etc… Over the next few days and after several phone calls I had all of the information that I needed to decide which setup would work best for my needs. I wanted a stable, yet agile quadcopter Ready To Fly Package that would use the camera I already have (Sony A6000). Flight time was an important deciding factor in making my decision. I also wanted a great warranty on the drone. Many drone companies basically wash their hands of you once they have your money, but my experience with FlyHighUSA has been the complete opposite. I ended up purchasing a Matrix E RTF Package that came with everything I needed to start flying and filming (absolutely everything). When I received the Matrix E it came in a very nice Aluminum Case that holds everything from the Quadcopter to controller and all accessories that I purchased. A place for everything and everything in its place. Best of all it came with a customized manual that took me step by step from start to finish. The quality of the Matrix E is unbelievable, carbon fiber body, aluminum arms (very strong), T motor props pre-balanced, 2X 10,000 40C 6 S Lipo batteries, and a slew of accessories. I took out the Matrix E and went through the provided checklist, did the famous Naza dance, satellite link and Take-Off!!! This thing is rock steady and handles like a dream. My first flight was 22 minutes of nothing but flying and recording the open blue skies. I am looking forward to many more great days of flying. I can’t say enough good things about FlyHighUSA and there team. Any day of the week I can call and speak with Ralph or a member of his team and get the answers that I need. They also offer personalized training free of charge if you buy a RTF package. I highly recommend FlyHighUSA for any and all of your multi-rotor needs. So I guess the big question is why did I pick them over the other big stores? The answer is simple. The level of service they offered before, during and after the sale. They are so helpful and nice. They are the real deal. 5 Stars all the way :]
